Basically ECOTERRA is prepared to cooperate with everybody in public interest, who is as an individual person, community, government, inter-governmental, regional or non-governmental organisation also committed to our constitutional and mandatory framework, our goal, tasks, policy and strategies.
Though following the approved holistic approach - reflected also by the full local community participation within our work and the capacity and diversity of our members - we count on specialised partner organisations in those sectors, which we do not cover at a given location, in order to contribute as specialists in their fields where required. Being ourselves committed to work in the most remote areas, we often assist other humanitarian organisations especially in areas of civil strife or war spear heading as trackers, tracers, monitors or guides and share information. We help others to assist or contribute in a better way to safeguard our natural heritage.
As an independent organisation, we are often able to prevent, avoid or resolve task conflicts and reconcile interest groups, which otherwise would affect the envisaged pacific coexistence of people and nature and the peaceful cooperation among communities. In this spirit we strive to coordinate our activities wherever possible.
